At Lightsdaddy, we want your home to shine bright, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all lighting fixtures and home decor items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Lightsdaddy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fixture to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
